Dr. Dipali Patil

Dr. Dipali Patil serves as Principal of Shilpkar Law College, bringing over sixteen years of distinguished experience in both teaching and academic administration.

A doctoral scholar in Constitutional Law from Savitribai Phule Pune University, she has authored numerous articles on fundamental rights, environmental governance and consumer protection in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Patil is deeply committed to mentoring students—she routinely integrates experiential learning into the curriculum, guiding student research on contemporary socio-legal challenges and fostering a culture of ethical inquiry.

Ms. Sanjana Bharadwaj

Ms. Sanjana Bharadwaj is a dynamic member of our faculty whose academic journey began at NALSAR University of Law, where she graduated with distinction and subsequently completed her LLM in International Human Rights Law.

Before joining Shilpkar Law College, she served on the faculty of the Department of Law at Savitribai Phule Pune University and at MIT World Peace University’s School of Law. Her classroom is characterised by interactive seminars that emphasise case analysis, critical debate and problem-solving skills.

An active contributor to national workshops on gender justice and climate litigation, Ms. Bharadwaj also supervises our Legal Dialogue Series, inviting practitioners and scholars to engage with students on emerging legal trends. Her blend of rigorous scholarship and real-world insight inspires students to pursue both academic excellence and social impact.

Dr. Nagnath Bansode

Dr. Nagnath M. Bansode brings to Shilpkar Law College over twenty years of experience in legal scholarship and teaching across Legal History, Labour Laws, Corporate Law and Banking Regulation. After earning his M.A. and DSM (Diploma in School Management), he completed a Diploma in Labour & Worker’s Welfare, followed by an LL.B., MBA (Human Resources) and LL.M., culminating in a Ph.D.

His work—published in leading national journals—examines the intersection of labour rights and corporate governance through comparative and regulatory lenses. Dr. Bansode has served on advisory committees for government labour tribunals and led executive training programmes for banking professionals on contemporary legal challenges. At Shilpkar Law College, he teaches Legal History, Labour Laws, Corporate & Banking Law, where his dynamic pedagogy and mentorship have inspired a generation of future lawyers and policymakers.

Advocate Shraddha Bhate

Advocate Shraddha Bhate brings a strong blend of academic excellence and teaching expertise to our institution. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the prestigious ILS Law College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

With extensive experience in teaching law, Shraddha Bhate is committed to guiding students through both the theoretical and practical dimensions of legal education. Her engaging approach, grounded in real-world applications, inspires future lawyers to develop critical thinking, advocacy skills, and a deep understanding of legal principles.
